Desert Feline Cross Stitch offers the following Policy: No refunds on any package either custom or stock, due to the work required to process the packages. 
We will replace any item damaged in shipping with the return of the damaged packages(s) to 320 Lisbon Ave., Rio Rancho, NM 87124 with proof of claim and payment from shipper. All arrangemts/payments for a private shipper must be made by the buyer. I do not make any arrangements with your private shipper other than to give pick up address.  
I will ship bulk orders by UPS or FedEx at request after shipping has been calculated and added to the order.
