I have started including the new DMC Light Effects Floss in many of my new charts. Although it is easier to work with than blending filament, it does tangle and break easier than regular floss. Use shorter lengths and work slowly. Untangle floss often by holding the fabric up and allowing the needle and floss to dangle and unwind. Create a slip knot over the needle to keep the floss in place by folding the Light Effects floss to make a loop and then thread through the needle. Slip the needle through the loop and pull snug.
Watch for a new series of monthly Birthday Angels coming soon! They can be personalized with the birth month, stone, hair and skin color.
